How to get the JSON files

  1. Open Instagram → Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions.
  2. Choose "Download your information" → "Some of your information".
  3. Tick "Followers and following" → request download (JSON format).
  4. Wait for the email, unzip, and use followers_1.json + following.json.

Files are processed entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
